This privacy policy applies to the Site (W3trends.com) and all products and services  offered by W3trends LLC including our Shopify apps (Store Locator, Custom Product Options, Easy Purchase Orders, Custom Order Status, Share the Love. Quick Quote, and Product Accessories)

We understand that it’s our responsibility to make your information protected and provide complete visibility and transparency to you. When an app in installed in your Shopify account, we are given access to certain types of information from your account.

Order Status:

• Store Account Email: The Account email of the store owner that Shopify provides. This may or may not be a personal email.
• Store Orders: We store 60 days of your store's Order information. For a list of what this may include, click here.
  • We store some of the Order in explicit data formats, and the entire order in a raw JSON format.
  • Personal customer data we store in explicit formats: Email, Phone, First Name, and Last Name.

Product Options:

• Store Account Email: The Account email of the store owner that Shopify provides. This may or may not be a personal email.

Purchase Orders:

• Store Account Email: The Account email of the store owner that Shopify provides. This may or may not be a personal email.
• Draft Orders: We store draft orders that were created by your customer through the app. For a list of what this may include, click here.
  • This can include the customer name, email, billing address, shipping address, and phone number.

Quick Quote:

• Store Account Email: The Account email of the store owner that Shopify provides. This may or may not be a personal email.
• We also store personal information of your customers who request a quote on your online store. This data includes:
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Custom Data: As a store owner, the App allows you to add custom fields to collect more information from your customers when request a quote. This data may contain personal data that we are not aware of.

Share The Love:

• Store Account Email: The Account email of the store owner that Shopify provides. This may or may not be a personal email.

Store Locator:

• Store Account Email: The Account email of the store owner that Shopify provides. This may or may not be a personal email.
• Store Locations: These locations are self managed by you, and may contain personal information we are not aware of.

Product Accessories:

• Store Account Email: The Account email of the store owner that Shopify provides. This may or may not be a personal email.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
W3trends may collect and use personal information for the following purposes:

• To improve customer service: Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.
• To personalize user experience: We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users as a group use the services and resources provided on our Site.
